Business Media China trades in the Prime Standard as of today

Stuttgart, July 30, 2008 – The German Stock Exchange has accepted Business Media China’s application for the Prime Standard. The shares of the company will be traded in the segment with the highest transparency standards in Germany as of today.
The semi-annual results of the company will be released on August 26, 2008.
At the same day at 4.30 pm Business Media China AG will hold a company presentation at the DVFA small cap conference in Frankfurt.
